I was very pleased with excellent response to e mail questions and also order placed. Shipment was quick and arrived much sooner than expected. I found set up very easy and eyes open or closed worked well. Of course after treatment you will have a time to adjust back to normal vision but this is not a problem. I have been using my Amazon Alexa device to set time to the twenty one minutes for eyes closed and also played music during treatment and that helps the time to pass faster. I am using for trying to postpone later stages of dry AMD having very early dry AMD and it will be a while before I know if this is successful. But with my plan to use this MWF weekly for extended period I am hopefully this will help. My stage is too early for use of the only FDA approved Valeda device which is not convenient for me being 75 miles away for closest facility and at my stage not meeting the criteria for use at this time. Of course hopefully this will work just as well being much easier and far less expensive.
This product is fantastic – the sensation of dryness in my eyes has diminished significantly in the 2 months I have been usen Kyper Spectral. And, they have customer service that is impeccable – I Highly recommend them
