How does the Spectral WaveFront work?
The Spectral Wavefront projects our proprietary* photobiomodulation light energy spectrum, researched and developed to reduce inflammation, stimulate cellular growth and regeneration of the mitochondrial, melanopsin, tryptophan and neuropsin cells in the retina, cornea and epithelial layer.
The cornerstone of a modern Light Diet, the WaveFront increases eye exposure to positive light spectrum energy, restoring spectrum balance and reducing oxidative stress. Macular Degeneration
The photoreceptors in our eyes create waste products as we absorb light. The retinal layer and the pigment epithelial layer manage these waste products and keep our photoreceptors hydrated.
When we are exposed to excessive or unbalanced blue and UVA spectrum throughout our day it creates an oxidizing signal and damage to our eyes. By balancing our absorption of light spectrum, the Spectral WaveFront counteracts these oxidizing signals and restores mitochondrial function.
Cataracts
Cataracts are the clouding of the lens of the eye. It is considered received wisdom that unbalanced UltraViolet light is the main cause of cataracts.
Today we see younger people with cataracts who spend excessive time in front of screens, and are exposed to blue light toxicity and oxidization of the eye lens. Its early in the research cycle, but research efforts are turning to cataract reduction with photobiomodulation and the Spectrum Wavefront.
